We believe in fair, direct trade. We partner directly with coffee importers, farmers and cooperatives around the world to ensure that our beans are ethically sourced. This means that the farmers who grow our coffee are paid fair wages, and we prioritize sustainability and eco-friendly farming practices
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
To keep your coffee fresh, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid storing coffee in the fridge or freezer, as moisture can affect the flavor. For the best taste, we recommend using your coffee within two weeks of opening.
Do you offer ground coffee or just whole beans?
We offer whole beans coffee. While we recommend whole beans for the freshest cup, we also can grind our coffee to order, so you can enjoy a convenient option without sacrificing flavor.

Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we only ship within US. Please note that shipping rates and times may vary depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your coffee’s journey and know exactly when to expect it at your door.
Returns questions
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your coffee! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right, whether that’s through a replacement or a refund.
