Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at alex@pryhoda.coffee with your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right.

Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we’ll do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.
